An exchange of business contacts dedicated to promising scientific and technical developments and the innovative development of regions will be held in Orsha today, the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Centre informed a BELTA correspondent.
About 140 representatives of enterprises, organisations, and institutions of the Vitebsk region will take part in the event. Current issues aimed at increasing the effectiveness of interaction between scientific, educational, and production structures for the purpose of commercialising the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities will be discussed at the discussion platforms. An important topic of the "Innovations and Education" section will be the discussion of enterprises' needs for qualified personnel, the search for relevant solutions for practice-oriented training and retraining of personnel. Stands demonstrating the development level of scientific organisations, technoparks, and specialised organisations of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure will also be organised. Innovative developments presented at the event will cover the fields of metalworking, polymer materials, production of construction materials, food industry (grain and meat processing), flax fibre production, environmental solutions, and other sectors of the economy.
In addition, B2B negotiations and participant presentations are planned.
