About 15,000 people will take part in Fashion Week in Belarus, as reported by a BELTA correspondent during a press conference by Petr Arushanyants, Director of the Department for Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy.

"About 15,000 people will participate in Fashion Week in Belarus. These are business representatives, those connected with the fashion industry. This year, Fashion Week in Belarus will be held with the most active support of the Ministry of Economy. Round tables on industry development, contact and cooperation exchanges, and master classes from international experts in the clothing production sector will be conducted," said Petr Arushanyants.

Fashion Week in Belarus (Belarus Fashion Week) will be held from October 24 to 29 in Minsk with the support of the Ministry of Economy and the Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs. Fashion Week in Belarus is an international professional forum aimed at popularising domestic designer clothing, which has been held in Minsk on a regular basis since the autumn of 2010.

During Belarus Fashion Week, from October 27 to 29, the international forum "Fashion is my Profession" will take place. At the forum venue, specialists and practicing professionals from different countries will share their experience and exchange views on various areas of the fashion business. This year, more than a dozen experts from Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Canada will discuss current topics in journalism, the transition to the digital sphere, business protection in the era of social networks, and share the basics of B2B and personal brand building experience.
