About 500 additional people will be involved by the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival directorate to work with guests and participants of the XXI International Festival, said Rodion Bass, General Director of the "Vitebsk" Cultural Center and Director of the Festival Directorate, at a press conference, answering a question from a BELTA correspondent. Participants and guests of the festival have always noted its excellent organization. Guests have never experienced problems with their stay, accommodation, or daily arrangements. Every year, several hundred additional people are involved in working at the festival, serving in festival services practically around the clock. For the period of the festival, two dozen specialized services are created at the "Vitebsk" Cultural Center, ranging from the press center to the bouquet arrangement service. There is a translation service, and a reception and departure department is operational, whose employees are responsible for meeting guests at the airport, providing transport according to their riders, and purchasing tickets. The accommodation service handles guest settlement, taking on the functions of Vitebsk hotel administrators, who only need to process the arriving guests. As Rodion Bass noted, over the more than twenty years of the festival's existence, a professional and experienced team has been formed, striving to make the guests' stay comfortable. -0-
