This year, kindergartens have been commissioned in Vitebsk, Braslav, and Postavy district, and the construction of schools has begun in Senno district, Orsha, and Novopolotsk. In accordance with the Regional Programme for Innovative and Investment Development of the Vitebsk Region for 2011-2015, the subprogramme "Children of Vitebsk Region" is being actively implemented. "I am pleased to note that, based on the results of the final stage of the Republican Subject Olympiad, the Vitebsk region team received 81 diplomas. Winners included representatives from 13 districts and cities of the region," noted Vladimir Terentyev.
