By Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December twelfth, 2018, No. 475, for the birth and upbringing of five or more children, the Order of Motherhood was awarded to Oksana Shishkova, a housewife raising five children. A mother of many children deserves special respect and admiration. She bears the difficult duty of ensuring mutual understanding and support within her family. While receiving the award, the woman could not contain her positive emotions. Her closest and dearest people – her husband and children – came to support her.
