For the birth and upbringing of five or more children, representatives of various fields of activity were awarded. In particular, employees of industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the construction industry, consumer cooperation organizations, housing and communal services, educational and healthcare institutions, social services for the population, and housewives.
Among those awarded are Tatyana Zaitseva, senior nurse of the Novozarya nursing hospital of the healthcare institution "Novolukoml Central District Hospital", Vera Lipskaia, a housewife from Sharkovshchina, Alesya Vladimirova, a saleswoman at the Senno branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society, Elena Adamovich, an employee of the Berestovitsa District Unitary Enterprise of Housing and Communal Services, Anna Grishchuk, a housewife from Volkovysk, Tatyana Drabko, a livestock breeder at the "Lidsky" state farm.
The Order of Mother was also awarded to Ekaterina Ganzha, a orderly at the obstetrics and gynecology department of the Bykhov Central District Hospital, Liliya Tkachenko, a social worker at the Belynichi District Center for Social Services to the Population, Irina Timofeeva, an assistant educator at the nursery-kindergarten in the village of Novosełki, Mogilev district.
