New regulations on the alienation of vehicles have been in effect in the country since January 22. The Ministry of Internal Affairs took an active part in the development of these innovations.



 The changes affected the procedure for processing sales and purchases. Certificate-accounts have been abolished. Now, transactions in which at least one of the parties is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur are not registered at the State Automobile Inspectorate units. A written agreement and a vehicle transfer act are drawn up between the parties, and the vehicle must be deregistered at the time of sale. Then, the buyer, with the specified documents, is sent to the registration unit for registration.
