Agro-ecotourism estates in the Vitebsk region offer a wide range of active and passive recreation options. Children particularly enjoy interacting with animals and animation programmes, while adults prefer relaxing by picturesque lakes, including kayaking trips. Sports and patriotic events are also organised. This was reported by Olga Fyodorova, chief specialist of the regional executive committee's sports and tourism department.

– One of the most striking examples of agro-ecotourism estate operations in the Vitebsk region is the "Velisov Put" agro-ecotourism cluster in the Gluboksky district, – emphasised Olga Fyodorova. – They offer a broad spectrum of services, such as national cuisine, a mini-zoo, cheesemaking masterclasses, dog sledding, and souvenir weaving, among others.

The interviewee also provided some other examples of effective agro-ecotourism estate operations.

For instance, "Ustye Life" (Braslav district) offers an animation route with a quest called "Rustagovsky Shlyakh". It includes an engaging hike around the village of Ustye, searching for treasures using ancient maps, weaving amulets, studying old newspapers, and learning old Belarusian dances. As part of the celebration of the folk holiday "Kupalye", the agro-ecotourism estate hosts masterclasses on weaving Kupalye wreaths, games, contests, Kupalye songs, a round dance around a bonfire, and floating wreaths down the river.

Events dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War, particularly the tank battle "Lepelsky Kontudar", as well as motorbike festivals and extreme competitions, including those in strength sports, are regularly held at the "MOTO REZERVATION" agro-ecotourism estate in the Senno district.

Incidentally, information about agro-ecotourism estates in the Vitebsk region and the events held there is regularly posted on the official websites of the regional executive committee, district executive committees, and on social media and messengers. Estate owners also advertise their services at international tourism exhibitions in Belarus and abroad.

And the efforts to promote this type of tourism are bearing fruit. Last year, guests
