In the evening at 22:26, an agitated man called the "112" line and reported that his one-year-old daughter was locked inside a car.

The incident occurred in Lepel on January 22.

Rescuers immediately arrived at the scene. Using rescue equipment and improvised materials, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) employees opened the car and handed the child over to her parents.
