The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for Wildlife Protection reminds that from the third Saturday of September to the second Sunday of December, hunting for the White-fronted Goose, the Bean Goose, the Greylag Goose, and the Canada Goose is open. Hunting is permitted  during daylight hours. Permitted hunting methods are:  firearm hunting from stalking,  from ambush, from approaching with small vessels,

Non-firearm.

Smooth-bore hunting weapons using cartridges loaded with shot; hunting dogs: all breeds except sighthounds and hounds. Small vessels without an engine or with a non-operational engine.
