Violation of hunting rules entails administrative and criminal liability. For hunting out of season and with prohibited types of weapons, administrative liability is imposed with a fine ranging from 20 to 50 basic units.
For the taking of an animal out of season, criminal liability is provided. The sanctions of this article provide for punishment up to 6 years of imprisonment.
