The deadline for submitting applications is January 22, inclusive.

The competition requires the submission of film proposals in a feature film format (100 min. duration) and a television version in two series (52 min. each).

According to the terms, a legal entity of the Republic of Belarus can be the film producer (or one of the film producers), and the recipient of funds must be a resident of Belarus. All work and services related to the film's release must also be carried out by residents of the republic within its territory (except for work and services that are not performed or provided in Belarus, as well as cases where the film production is carried out jointly with foreign filmmakers). A mandatory condition for participation is the availability of own qualified personnel and at least 5 years of experience in cinematography. In addition, at least 70% of the film crew must be citizens of Belarus, except in cases where the film production is carried out jointly with foreign producers. Applicants for funding must have their own financial and/or attracted human and material resources necessary for the fulfillment of the contract throughout its entire term.

The competition proposal must include the film's literary script in five hard copies and one in electronic format (PDF); a synopsis of the second and subsequent film series; a copy of the copyright agreement with the scriptwriter; a copy of the agreement with the film's author (director) for the creation of the film; a preliminary cost estimate for the film, including a breakdown of cost items and the expected profit; a plan for the commercial distribution of the film within 3 years of its creation, etc.

An applicant can submit their competition proposal by uploading it as an electronic document in accordance with the competition requirements on the official website of the department, as well as by sending it in hard copy (five copies) to the Ministry of Culture, marked "for the competition".

The deadline for submitting proposals is January 25, and the deadline for reviewing proposals is February 10.

The competition is held in the form of a public procurement of film production services (in accordance with Article 17 of the Law "On Cinematography in the Republic of Belarus").
