On December 6, the VIII Open Youth Tournament for Intellectual Games "Taras Cup" in Gorodok brought together 40 teams of schoolchildren from the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
Lepel district was represented by the team of intellectuals from Borovskaya Secondary School "Geniuses of Evgenia", and the teams of the District Center for Children and Youth "Rashmore" and "Eldorado" (Intellectual Club "Ra", additional education teacher Radko V.N.).22 teams competed for the title of the best team of the tournament in the "Children" category across three game disciplines.
Young Lepel connoisseurs achieved a convincing intellectual victory over their rivals:
- The "Eldorado" team is the absolute winner! 4 first-degree diplomas, gold medals, a cup, and sweet prizes were awarded to our entire team amidst thunderous applause from the audience.
The Borovsk connoisseurs also received their high awards!
