The industry that drives the country: in anticipation of Machine Builder's Day, workers of Lepel RMZ were honored

The celebration began with welcoming remarks from Igor Urban, Chairman of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, who noted the significant contribution of the team to the economy of our region. But the most important asset of the enterprise is, undoubtedly, its people. It is thanks to your daily work, professionalism, and dedication that the enterprise lives and develops. Your golden hands, sharp minds, and engineering talent are the pride of our region. Special words of gratitude go to the veterans, whose hands laid the traditions, whose wisdom and experience are invaluable to the current generation. And, of course, to the younger generation, which enthusiastically masters new technologies and carries forward the banner of the machine builder, continuing the best labor traditions.

The best employees of the enterprise received high awards for many years of conscientious work and high production performance.

Natalia Sotnikova was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, Yuri Malkov received a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, and Evgeny Silvanovich and Nikolai Padabed were presented with Certificates of Honor from OJSC "Minsk Tractor Works".

In addition, many residents of Lepel were awarded the titles of "Honorary Veteran of the Plant" and "Veteran of the Plant". Employees of the enterprise also received Certificates of Honor from OJSC "Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant", as well as awards from the trade union movement.
