Article 15.35. Violation of the rules of fishery and fishing, harvesting of other aquatic animals
1. Harvesting fish or other aquatic animals without a proper permit, or during prohibited times or seasons, or in prohibited areas, or with prohibited gear, or by prohibited methods, as well as an attempt at such harvesting –
shall incur a fine ranging from twenty to fifty base units with confiscation of the gear used for harvesting fish or other aquatic animals and other items that served as the tool or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation; for an individual entrepreneur – from fifty to two hundred base units with confiscation of the gear used for harvesting fish or other aquatic animals and other items that served as the tool or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation; and for a legal entity – from five hundred to one thousand base units with confiscation of the gear used for harvesting fish or other aquatic animals and other items that served as the tool or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation.
2. Being in fishing grounds or on the adjacent territory within one kilometre of the shoreline of fishing grounds with prohibited fishing gear or with fish whose catch in the given area and at the given time or period is prohibited, or whose weight exceeds the established norms, without documents confirming the legality of fish possession –
shall incur a fine of five to thirty basic units.
3. Violation of the rules for conducting fishery and fishing, except for violations provided for in parts 1 and 2 of this article –
shall incur a fine of up to twenty basic units, for an individual entrepreneur – from ten to one hundred basic units, and for a legal entity – from one hundred to five hundred basic units.
Article 15.37. Violation of the rules for conducting hunting and hunting management
1. Hunting without a proper permit, or in prohibited areas, or during prohibited times, or with prohibited tools, or by prohibited methods –
shall incur a fine of twenty to fifty basic units with confiscation of firearms, other hunting tools, and other items used as tools or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation and deprivation of special rights; for an individual entrepreneur – a fine of fifty to two hundred basic units with confiscation of firearms, other hunting tools, and other items used as tools or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation; and for a legal entity – a fine of five hundred to one thousand basic units with confiscation of firearms, other hunting tools, and other items used as tools or means of committing the said violation, or without confiscation.
2. Moving (transporting) or butchering wild animals that are hunting objects in accordance with legislation, including deceased ones, or their parts, in cases prohibited by legislation on the protection and use of the animal world –
shall incur a fine of twenty to fifty basic units; for an individual entrepreneur – a fine of thirty to two hundred basic units; and for a legal entity – a fine of two hundred to one thousand basic units.
3. Violation of the rules of hunting management and hunting, except for violations provided for in parts 1 and 2 of this article –
shall incur a fine of up to forty basic units or deprivation of special rights; for an individual entrepreneur – a fine of twenty to two hundred basic units; and for a legal entity – a fine of one hundred to one thousand basic units.
