What Surprised Our Compatriots?
A vibrant festival of labour and creativity took place at the Lepel Territorial Centre for Social Services. Here, the results of the regional competition "Veteran's Harvest. My Garden and Orchard" were announced.
The hall was transformed into a true autumn fair: giant vegetables, colourful preserves, unique varieties, heartfelt poems, and even fresh strawberries – our veterans demonstrated the capabilities of their golden hands!
Congratulations to the winners, whose labour and talent were recognised by the jury. The competition laureates are:

The event concluded with a traditional tea party featuring aromatic autumn pies. It turned out to be a true celebration of wisdom, diligence, and the inexhaustible life energy of those who, despite their age, continue to actively create, delight those around them, and share the fruits of their labour, proving that the autumn of life can be truly golden and bountiful.
