Preparations for the health resort season are nearing completion for the district's children's camps, where 1300 students are planned to be accommodated using funds from state social security and the national budget.
During the summer period, the district will operate 20 day camps and 2 full-time camps based at Borovskaya and Matyrinskaya schools.
The first shift in the full-time camps begins on June 16, and the second on July 8. Significant efforts are being made to create comfortable conditions for those who will be away from home for extended periods. For instance, 60 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget for the purchase of supplies and consumables, as well as for the current repair of buildings and premises at Borovskaya and Matyrinskaya schools. Approximately 500 students in total will rest in these camps.
To provide social support to employees of the public sector and agricultural organisations, a maximum cost per bed-day has been established. For camps with partial utility amenities, it is 47,000 rubles, and for those equipped with basic utilities, it is 50,000 rubles. The state subsidy for reducing the cost of one voucher is 605 thousand rubles. Consequently, a 21-day voucher, with a full cost of 987 thousand rubles, can be purchased for only 382 thousand rubles. This supplementary payment applies to health resort camps located within the district and is provided no more than once a year.
Free vouchers will be provided to: orphans and children under guardianship, children with disabilities, those from large and low-income families, etc. The list of beneficiaries includes over ten categories, which can be clarified at the education department of the district executive committee and with Nadezhda Shiksnyan, the chief specialist of the centre for health improvement and sanatorium-resort treatment.
To obtain a voucher, an application from one of the parents and a copy of the birth certificate are required.
