On the territory of the Stai Village Council, there are four obelisks to soldiers and partisans who died in the Great Patriotic War. Three of them - in the villages of Stai, Zatyaklyassye, and Stary Lepel - have been capital repaired, and the memorial plaques on them have been replaced.

By Victory Day, it is planned to repair the monument in the village of Zaazerye, as well as to improve the territory near the monument in Stary Lepel, and to create a small park.
