Thus, the bakery doubles the amount of products sent to the retail network for the holidays. The culinary plant, however, increases its volumes several times over. If on ordinary days they bake 40-50 cakes per shift, then for the holidays they plan to bake about one and a half thousand. The female employees are planning to work around the clock in three shifts.
