A seminar for preschool education workers on the topic "Modern Pedagogical Technologies in the Educational Process of a Preschool Educational Institution" was held at the State Educational Institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of Lepel". Staff from urban and rural kindergartens, specialists and managers from the education department of the Lepel District Executive Committee attended the meeting.
The main goal of the meeting was to share experience in working with children using current digital and interactive methods. At the seminar, educators discussed the most successful teaching models in detail.
Valentina Pligovka, a methodologist at the State Institution "Lepel District Educational and Methodological Office," noted that the seminar served as a kind of summary of the past academic year, during which methodological developments of pedagogical workers of the district's preschool educational institutions were reviewed. Valentina Vladimirovna also emphasized that modern technologies are currently key to creating decent and high-quality conditions for the development, upbringing, and education of preschool children.
Anatoly Karpitsky, Head of the Education Department of the Lepel District Executive Committee, also addressed the assembled educators. The head congratulated his colleagues on the end of the academic year and assessed the work of representatives of preschool institutions.
— Undoubtedly, there are tremendous successes in the preschool education system of our district. And every year they become higher and more significant. First and foremost, this is the merit of our talented educators. Our specialists use a huge list of modern and effective methods of working with children, but we must not forget that the main factor in the successful education and upbringing of children is the human one. Only the educator themselves, their professionalism and experience, competence, character, and even appearance are capable of engaging a child and helping to reveal their best qualities, — noted Anatoly Mikhailovich.
