17 April, Vitebsk /Olga Bogacheva - BELTA/. Educators from the Vitebsk region will share their experience in child upbringing with Russian colleagues at a seminar in Pskov, the Ideological Work Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. The interregional seminar "Modern Approaches and Technologies for Organising Child Upbringing Processes" will be held in Pskov from 17 to 19 April as part of the interregional research project "Upbringing Management", which includes scientific and practical workers from 14 regions of the Russian Federation. Belarus will be represented at the seminar by a delegation of pedagogical workers from the Vitebsk region, as it is the educators from the northern region of the country who have achieved the greatest results in developing new approaches to children's education. Innovative platforms are operational at 18 educational institutions in the region. At the seminar in Pskov, educators from the Vitebsk region will present their methodologies and developments, and will familiarise themselves with the theoretical and practical results of the work of creative groups from various regions of the Russian Federation. -0-
