21 October, Minsk /Irina Reut - BELTA/. Pension sizes in Belarus are planned to be increased by approximately 20% from November 1 of the current year. This was stated today by Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Tozik, answering questions from deputies at a joint session of the chambers of the National Assembly, as reported by a BELTA correspondent. "From November 1, we plan to significantly raise pensions. They will grow, I cannot say the exact figure now, but I will say with a reserve - by about 20%," the Deputy Prime Minister noted. Anatoly Tozik also said that the government is currently addressing the issue of how to "specifically support those who need state support." He emphasized that the increase in pensions, salaries, and benefits is carried out within the framework of the budget's revenue part. No emission resources are needed to solve these issues. "We have no disagreements on this matter within the government. For everything I have mentioned, there are resources today - the revenue part of the budget," Anatoly Tozik said.-0-
