The list has been supplemented with goods such as provitamins and vitamins, natural or synthesized (including natural concentrates), their derivatives, mainly used as vitamins, and mixtures of these compounds, including in any solvent; antibiotics; nuclear reactors; fuel elements (cartridges), unirradiated, for nuclear reactors; isotope separation apparatus; water filtering or purifying apparatus; microphones and stands therefor; loudspeakers; headphones and headsets, combined or not combined with a microphone, and sets consisting of a microphone and one or more loudspeakers; audio-frequency electric amplifiers; electric sound amplifier sets, and others.
The following have been excluded from the list: human blood; animal blood prepared for veterinary use or for human implantation or transfusion; immune serums, other blood fractions and immunological products, whether or not modified or obtained by means of biotechnological processes; vaccines, toxins, cultures of micro-organisms (excluding yeasts) and similar products; video recording or reproducing apparatus, whether or not incorporating a video tuner; weighing machinery sensitive to 0.05 g or better, with or without weights, and others.
A total of 71 high-tech goods have been included in the list (previously 46).
The Resolution comes into force on January 1, 2018.
