"I will repeat once again: if someone thinks about and wants changes, then they must be within the framework of the law. All kinds of changes must be enshrined in the Constitution. And this work is ongoing. It will be intensified. And the speed of adopting the Constitution depends on how much it is possible and how much it will be supported by the population. And based on the Constitution, we can already hold discussions about the re-election of authorities," said the Belarusian leader.
Alexander Lukashenko pointed out that as of today, the country has a formed regulatory legal framework and the current Constitution. "And it must be sacredly observed and adhered to. Understand me, I have no other choice but to keep the country within the legal field in accordance with this Constitution. Otherwise, others will rule us," the President emphasized.
