The transportation of children in a passenger car equipped with seat belts is carried out up to the age of 12:

in child restraint systems corresponding to the child's weight and height – for children under 5 years of age;

in child restraint systems corresponding to the child's weight and height – for children under 5 years of age;
in child restraint systems corresponding to the child's weight and height, other devices (boosters, special seat cushions, additional seats) that allow a child to be safely fastened using the seat belts provided for by the vehicle's design – for children aged five to twelve years.

Children under twelve years of age may be transported without the use of the specified devices if the child's height exceeds 150 centimeters, as well as in a taxi.
