A joint meeting of the Presidium of the Lepel District Council of Deputies and the Lepel District Executive Committee on the issue "On the effectiveness of holding the 'Village Council Day' in Lepel District and the implementation of protocol assignments based on appeals received during their conduct" took place on January 19, 2021.

A joint meeting of the Presidium of the Lepel District Council of Deputies and the Lepel District Executive Committee on the issue "On the effectiveness of holding the 'Village Council Day' in Lepel District and the implementation of protocol assignments based on appeals received during their conduct" took place on January 19, 2021.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, his deputies, members of the Presidium of the District Council of Deputies, chairmen of primary-level Councils of Deputies (Executive Committees), as well as heads of organisations ensuring the population's livelihood.

Presenting a report on this issue, the Chairman of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, I.G. Urban, noted that the primary task of local government and self-government bodies is to address the population's livelihood issues. The most relevant issues concern the activities of housing and communal services.

Following the meeting, a protocol of assignments was drawn up, with executors and deadlines determined.

Work to improve the standard and quality of life and the well-being of the district's population will continue.
