In November of the current year, the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a scheduled inspection of OOO "Avtotsentr-Zapaska" and unscheduled inspections of new construction sites in Lepel: "Construction of a retail facility on Chuykova Street in Lepel, Vitebsk Region" with the general contractor ChPTUP "Gradtekhstroy"; and "Construction of a 38-apartment residential building at Shkolnaya Street 15 in Lepel" with the general contractor DKUSP "Lepelskaya PMK-75".
In November of the current year, the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a scheduled inspection of OOO "Avtotsentr-Zapaska" and unscheduled inspections of new construction sites in Lepel: "Construction of a retail facility on Chuykova Street in Lepel, Vitebsk Region" with the general contractor ChPTUP "Gradtekhstroy"; and "Construction of a 38-apartment residential building at Shkolnaya Street 15 in Lepel" with the general contractor DKUSP "Lepelskaya PMK-75". As a result of the inspections, a number of violations of fire safety regulations of a procedural nature were identified (non-factory-made iron stoves are used in temporary accommodation units; smoking is permitted outside specially designated, equipped, and marked areas; there are no evacuation plans for people and property in case of fire), which could lead to fires and emergencies. Responsible officials of the mentioned organisations have been brought to administrative liability.
On a positive note, we would like to commend the heads of the OOO "Blok" oil products warehouse and the Lepel District Electric Communication Unit for their responsible approach to ensuring fire safety on the premises, in buildings, and structures of the enterprises entrusted to them. Following unscheduled inspections of the aforementioned organisations, no violations of fire safety norms and rules were found, and certificates were issued to the managers.
