The management of OJSC "Lepel Electromechanical Plant" is taking certain measures to bring the subordinate buildings and structures into proper fire safety condition.
However, during the inspection, it was revealed that measures are not being taken to prevent the formation of a combustible environment in the main mechanical workshop located at: Lepel, Borisovsky Trakt St., 102. Spilled flammable liquids on the floor covering are not promptly removed using sorbent materials (sawdust, sand) or other fire-safe means. Doors leading from common corridors to stairwells are equipped with devices for tight self-closing. However, in the administrative and amenity building and the material warehouse located at: Lepel, Borisovsky Trakt St., 102, the fire alarm system (FAS) is not maintained in a working condition.
The organisational and technical measures carried out at the facility generally comply with the requirements.
