In June 2015, the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations, in accordance with the "Coordination Plan for Control (Supervisory) Activities for the 2nd half of 2015 in the Vitebsk Region", completed scheduled inspections of SPF "Zaozerie" of OJSC "Lepel Dairy and Canning Plant" and SPP "Prozhektor" of OJSC "Vitebskhlebprom".
In June 2015, the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations, in accordance with the "Coordination Plan for Control (Supervisory) Activities for the 2nd half of 2015 in the Vitebsk Region", completed scheduled inspections of SPF "Zaozerie" of OJSC "Lepel Dairy and Canning Plant" and SPP "Prozhektor" of OJSC "Vitebskhlebprom".
The following violations were identified at SPF "Zaozerie":
- Water towers of the livestock farms in the villages of Voron, Zvezda, Zaozerie are not equipped with devices for water intake by fire trucks;
- The technical service buildings and the repair and mechanical workshop (village of Yurkovshchina) are not provided with a functioning lightning protection system in accordance with the requirements of technical normative legal acts;
- In the administrative building, the premises are not equipped with an automatic fire alarm system;
- Wooden roof structures have not been treated with a fire-retardant compound (grain storage in the village of Yurkovshchina, construction material warehouses No. 1, 2, 3 in the village of Yurkovshchina, livestock farms in the village of Yurkovshchina, livestock farms in the village of Voron);
- There is no stand with information on fire safety and life safety on the subject's premises;
Violations were also identified at OJSC "Vitebskhlebprom" SPP "Prozhektor":
- The grain storage buildings, workshop, and garages in the village of Sloboda are not equipped with an automatic fire alarm system;
- Wooden roof structures have not been treated with a fire-retardant compound (grain storage buildings in the village of Sloboda, farms in the villages of Sloboda, Velevshchina, Daliki, Svyaditsa);
- The buildings (grain storage buildings in the village of Sloboda, farms in the villages of Sloboda, Velevshchina, Daliki, Svyaditsa) are not provided with a functioning lightning protection system in accordance with the requirements of technical normative legal acts;
- Building structures, lighting electrical wiring, and technological equipment have not been cleaned of combustible deposits and dust (farms in the villages of Daliki, Svyaditsa, );
- Drying apparatuses are in disrepair (spark arresters are missing) at the grain storage in the village of Sloboda.
Following the inspections, acts were handed over to the managers, and the responsible individuals were brought to administrative liability.
