He told reporters about this after negotiations with Russian Minister of Culture Alexander Avdeev, BELTA correspondent reports. "We discussed joint film production; in this area, Russia is a leading partner for us. Taking into account the changes in tax legislation in Belarus, new prospects are emerging for the implementation of joint film projects," said Pavel Latushko. The ministers discussed the possibility of assistance from the Ministry of Culture of Russia in returning to Belarus original films that belong to the golden collection of national cinema and are stored in the archives of the Russian Federation.
