The Prosecutor's Office of Lepel District has filed a lawsuit with the court in the interests of a housing and communal services institution for the termination of a residential property sale and purchase (privatisation) agreement.
The Prosecutor's Office of Lepel District has filed a lawsuit with the court in the interests of a housing and communal services institution for the termination of a residential property sale and purchase (privatisation) agreement.
Thus, the district prosecutor's office received a request from the housing and communal services institution to file a lawsuit with the court for the termination of the sale and purchase agreement for the privatised residential property.
During the inspection, it was established that an agreement for the sale and purchase (privatisation) of the residential property was concluded between the district executive committee and the defendant. The defendant paid the initial deposit, and the remaining amount was to be paid in instalments over 40 years in equal monthly payments. However, during the term of the agreement, the defendant has not made any payments under the agreement since 2016, apart from the initial deposit.
As a consequence, a lawsuit was filed with the court for the termination of the sale and purchase (privatisation) agreement for the apartment, for the termination of the ownership rights to the residential property, and for the recognition of the district executive committee's ownership rights to the isolated residential property.
During the court hearing, the defendant acknowledged the claims.
By court decision, the prosecutor's claims were fully satisfied.
