The Honorary Diploma of the Lepel District Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agricultural Industry Workers was presented to Vladimir Kudin, the chief agronomist of OJSC "LepelAgroService", by Natalia Monchik, the leader of the district trade union organization of agricultural workers.

The award is a recognition of his many years of conscientious work, dedication to his profession, and active participation in the life of the trade union organization.

Vladimir Vasilyevich began his career in 1983 and over more than 40 years of work has progressed from team leader to chief agronomist. His professional biography is the story of a person who has always strived for development, conscientiously fulfilled his duties, and made a significant contribution to the development of agriculture in the Lepel district.
