The event was attended by Stanislav Narkevich, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Control of the Republic of Belarus, Dmitry Davydenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Control of the Vitebsk Region, and Viktor Azaryonok, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

The first item on the agenda was the results of the socio-economic development of the district for the first 6 months of 2025. Svetlana Polyachenko, Head of the Economics Department of the District Executive Committee, delivered a report.

Following a detailed discussion of the issue, measures were outlined to ensure positive dynamics in the district's economic growth, achieve key performance indicators, and ensure the sustainable execution of the budget's revenue side.

The results of the district budget execution for the first half of the current year were also considered. Tatyana Ionova, Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the District Executive Committee, spoke on this topic.

Svetlana Znarok, Head of the District Veterinary Station, reported on the preservation of cattle in the district's agricultural organisations for January-June of the current year.

The District Prosecutor, Vitaliy Zhigimont, also addressed the attendees, raising important issues concerning the activities of agricultural enterprises.
