The third stage of the Helicopter Sport World Cup will be held at the Kukovjachino airfield of the Vitebsk DOSAAF Aeroclub from August 9-11, as reported to BELTA by the main department of ideological work and youth affairs of the regional executive committee.
Approximately 20 crews from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, and the Czech Republic will participate in the competition. Athletes will compete in two program disciplines: parallel cargo delivery and parallel slalom in the General and Masters classes.
The opening ceremony will take place on August 9. On the same day, qualification competitions in both program disciplines will commence. The quarterfinals and semifinals will be held on August 10, with finals in both categories scheduled for August 11. In the afternoon, the award ceremony for the World Cup stage prize-winners and the closing ceremony of the competition will be held.
