The medal in honour of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War for a significant contribution to the patriotic education of the population and the perpetuation of the memory of the heroes, participants, and victims of the Great Patriotic War was awarded to Vasily Pshenko, a labour veteran, Chairman of the Lepel District Organisation of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans.
