Preparatory works are underway for the construction of a modern hotel complex in Polotsk

14 April, Vitebsk /Alena Tikhonova - BELTA/. Preparatory work for the construction of a modern hotel complex is underway in Polotsk, the Polotsk District Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent.

According to the investment agreement, "Sednat" LLC is building a "three-star" hotel in Polotsk. The hotel complex for 55 people will be erected on the bank of the Polota River in the historical part of the city. In addition to standard services, guests will be provided with tourist and excursion services. The hotel also plans to create special conditions for wheelchair users. The hotel complex will include a fitness and health centre with a gym, sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool, as well as a restaurant with 52 seats. The hotel is scheduled to be commissioned in the second half of 2015.

"Sednat" LLC is part of the Turkish holding company BAU Turizm Insaat Ticaret Ltd. Sti. The company is currently implementing 5 investment projects in Belarus for the construction of socially significant facilities with a total cost of $20 million.-0-
