Traditionally, the district stage of the review competition "Rescuers Through the Eyes of Children" has concluded in Lepel.

This competition is held with the aim of increasing children's interest in learning the basics of life safety and developing their creative abilities. Works for the district stage were presented in the following nominations: "Fairy Tale", "Story", "Poem", "Drawing", "Poster", "Handicraft", "Small Form Sculpture", "Model of Fire and Rescue Equipment", "MChS Sticker Pack", in which the children demonstrated their creativity and originality.

Pupils from all general secondary and additional education institutions in the city of Lepel took part in the competition.

The competition was held at the Centre for Children and Youth of Lepel, where children brought their works for a month. Over 65 works in various nominations were submitted to the competition.

The children created masterpieces from the simplest materials such as threads, fabric, styrofoam, mounting foam, plastic, wood, and clay. Young poets and writers also showcased their talents in this competition. It was particularly difficult to select the best from the numerous fairy tales, stories, and poems.

It is evident that in preparing for the competition, the children not only used their creative abilities but also the knowledge gained in life safety lessons, as the themes of the works are diverse, including fires and emergencies, industrial safety, and water rescue.

Following the results of the district round, the works of the pupils that have been recognised as the best and will participate in the regional stage of the review competition have been determined. The winners of the district stage will be awarded certificates and prizes.
