Amateur fishing by means of "Underwater hunting" is carried out in fishing grounds of the reserve fund, as well as in fishing grounds leased exclusively for commercial fishing:based on a valid membership card of the RGOO "BOOR" and a certificate of the right to underwater hunting (when carried out) if these citizens have them with them in the fishing grounds at the place of fishing and with the possibility of presenting them;
based on a receipt or card-check in electronic form or on paper, which indicates the methods of amateur fishing and the validity period of the right to carry out amateur fishing by these methods.
Payment is made before the start of amateur fishing. The amount of payment is determined by the RGOO "BOOR".
Underwater hunting is carried out during daylight hours in fishing grounds, the list of which is determined by decisions of regional executive committees in agreement with the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
A certificate of the right to underwater hunting is issued by the RGOO "BOOR" or its organizational structures.
When carrying out underwater hunting, the angler is obliged to keep the caught fish until the end of the underwater hunting.
Underwater hunting is prohibited:
using aqualungs or other autonomous breathing apparatus;
during dark hours;
within 50 meters of designated swimming areas, mass recreation areas for citizens and water sports, and within 150 meters of established commercial fishing gear;

Information on the list of fishing grounds where underwater hunting and (or) trolling from vessels with engines during daylight hours is permitted is posted on the website of the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
