Difficult weather conditions are being observed on the roads of the Vitebsk region today.
Law enforcement officers remind that snowfall and icy conditions negatively affect the road situation and require drivers to exercise particular caution and attentiveness.
Employees of the internal affairs bodies of the northern region urge motorists to reduce speed, increase the distance and side interval.
Drivers are advised to:
turn on external lighting devices,
refrain from manoeuvres, especially overtaking,
avoid distractions from mobile phones and other gadgets while driving.
