One such diligent worker is Maria Boydachenko, who has been working as an operator for the cultivation and fattening of cattle at the "Chereyshchina" livestock complex for 3 years.

Maria is responsible for over 50 animals. She strictly adheres to feeding technology and cares for them as if they were her own pets. This meticulous and responsible attitude towards her work and the animals under her care contributes to good weight gain and high performance indicators. Maria does not consider it a burden to stay late at work to check the feeders – this is why she is so successful!

— To ensure the animals are comfortable, I maintain cleanliness in the stalls and feed them quality feed on time. In a word, I strictly follow the technologies, and the calves grow before your eyes, — shares Masha. She also closely monitors the health of her charges.

Our interviewee has been a production leader in animal husbandry for several years. Before being employed at the agricultural enterprise, Masha worked at the "Svetlitsa" round-the-clock care department of the Lepel District Territorial Centre for Social Services, where she cared for elderly people.

She hails from the village of Dvor Babcha and is raising two sons, Egor and Zakhar. She calls her elder son her right-hand man: — He helps me with everything around the house: mowing, cleaning, and even preparing lunch.

Masha herself grew up in a large family with three brothers besides her. She had to help around the house, so she is not afraid of work and knows how to do many things. Last year, the young woman was elected to the regional delegation for a republican event in Minsk, which underscores her active life stance and aspiration for development.
