To prevent emergencies during the festive events dedicated to Independence Day, the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations addresses the residents of the town and district: remember that participation in any mass event is associated with increased danger. To avoid possible troubles, it is necessary to know the basic rules of conduct in crowded places.

During participation in mass events, maintain public order, and do not engage in actions that could lead to extreme situations creating danger to others. Behave respectfully towards other citizens, service personnel ensuring the event, and officials responsible for maintaining public order and safety during mass events. Comply with the lawful requirements of persons responsible for maintaining order and fire safety during festive events. Do not leave minor children unattended. Park vehicles in designated areas. Upon receiving information about an evacuation, act according to the instructions of EMERCOM employees, internal affairs officers, facility administrations, or those responsible for ensuring order, remain calm, and do not cause panic. In case of an emergency, immediately call the EMERCOM service at "101" or "112".
