During the holiday period, about 270 day camps (lasting from 6 to 9 days) were organised on the basis of educational institutions. More than 70 children aged 6 to 15 years were accommodated for a nine-day session at the round-the-clock camp "Druzhnye Rebyata" (Friendly Kids) of the Regional Palace of Children and Youth in the Vitebsk district.

— Every day in the health resorts was scheduled literally to the minute, — noted Snezhana Titova, Head of the representative office of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Republican Centre for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population. — In a short period, the children were able to learn something new, meet peers, and gain positive emotions. In each health resort, a variety of activities were organised for the children: from New Year's matinees, including exciting game programmes, quizzes, relays, contests, to the TikTok challenge "We are in trend", and the intellectual brain-ring "New Year in different countries of the world".

The average price of a voucher was 249 rubles, of which about 40% was a state subsidy. A total of 251 thousand rubles was allocated from the republican budget for the health improvement campaign during the winter holidays.
