The regulation contains terms (and their definitions) related to the sphere of household services. The document, in particular, answers the question of what actually constitutes a household service, a household service facility, a type of household service facility, a form of household service, etc.
The document defines the procedure for forming the register. Thus, the register of household services is maintained by its owner - the Ministry of Trade - on the basis of territorial databases of the register of household services of the respective administrative-territorial units. The regulation also specifies the composition of information included in the register, as well as the procedure for its inclusion (exclusion), the procedure for making changes and additions to existing data, issuing a certificate of inclusion in the register, and providing information from it.
In July 2014, the President of Belarus signed Decree No. 371 "On the Creation of the State Information Resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus", which came into effect on December 1, 2014. The document provides for a transition period during which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can be included in the register - it will last until June 1, 2015.
