July 25, Minsk /BELTA/. The Government of Belarus has approved the regulations on the procedure for conducting electronic auctions for the sale of state property, including land plots, as well as the right to conclude lease agreements for state property, including land plots. The corresponding decision is contained in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of July 12, 2013 No. 608, the BELTA correspondent was informed by the press service of the government.

In accordance with the resolution, the subject of electronic auctions is capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises, parking spaces, unfinished conserved capital structures, other real estate in state ownership, as well as unfinished unconserved capital structures, shares in the common ownership of real estate and unfinished unconserved capital structures. In addition, machines, equipment, vehicles, other movable property related to fixed assets, land plots sold into private ownership of Belarusian citizens for the construction and maintenance of single-family, block residential buildings, as well as non-state legal entities of the country, can be the subject of electronic auctions. The right to conclude land lease agreements, as well as the right to conclude lease agreements for capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises, parking spaces, and their parts, can also be put up for electronic auction.
