Theatre brings immense, unparalleled joy to children. And if a theatrical production is about safety, it is also instructive. Children are impressed, they are susceptible to emotional impact. The performance helps to perceive information more vividly and correctly.
The production "Alphabet of Safety", initiated by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Vitebsk travelling theatre "Viasely Buslik", gathered the most active, obedient, and intelligent children in the assembly hall of Secondary School No. 3 in Lepel. The main characters of the theatrical performance were, first and foremost, the children themselves, and secondly, fairy-tale characters: a zebra, a hare, and a wolf. The characters not only reiterated safety rules but also involved the children in dances and posed riddles, which the children promptly answered correctly.
The mini-performance with game elements, quizzes, and contests on traffic rules did not leave the young audience indifferent. At the end of the event, all participants received gifts from the fairy-tale characters and rescuers, and were presented with colourful booklets "Dasha's Adventures in the Land of Dangers", and first-graders received "First Safety Copybooks".
