Dear compatriots! I cordially congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus. Traditionally, on July 3rd, we pay tribute to the valor and heroism of the front-line soldiers and home front workers, partisans and underground fighters who brought freedom to the Belarusian people. We honor the unparalleled feat of the Soviet soldier, and mourn the millions who perished for the sake of the Great Victory. Eternal glory to them! The heirs of the victors, with a deep sense of responsibility for the fate of the Motherland, continue the traditions of the older generations in preserving and multiplying their achievements, ensuring peace and security, and strengthening the sovereignty of the Belarusian state. Over the past decades, independent Belarus, revived by the creative labor of its people, has taken its rightful place in the world community. I am convinced that through unity and hard work, we will overcome any obstacles on the path to our set goal – the further prosperity of our native Belarus. On this festive day, I sincerely wish you unwavering love for the Fatherland, confidence in your own strengths, and a bright future for our country. May you have good health, peace, and well-being.
