The key to the successful work of the employees of the agro-industrial complex enterprises is professionalism, conscientiousness, and purposefulness. Not everyone is capable of working in the countryside: this labour is specific and requires a special attitude towards the land, nature, people, and the world.
But our region can rightly be proud of its reliable and talented farmers, strong and established agricultural enterprises, and stable industry traditions as a whole.
