Dear educators, students, and pupils! Congratulations on Knowledge Day!
Dear educators, students, and pupils!
Congratulations on Knowledge Day!
September 1st marks the start of a long journey into a world of important events, opportunities, and achievements. This academic year, over 112,000 pupils in the Vitebsk region will enter school classrooms, including 12,500 first-graders.
It is within educational institutions that the skills and competencies that shape a person's life path are nurtured. Competent, proactive, and knowledgeable individuals who are ready to realise their potential for the benefit of the state have always been in demand.
The Vitebsk region is at the forefront of crucial socio-economic processes. The dynamics of societal development and modern technological paradigms dictate increased demands on the quality of education. Annually, specialised institutions in the region are equipped with modern equipment. Such approaches allow for the use of advanced methodologies and programmes in the educational process, achieving desired results. We are proud of the successes of pupils in national and international Olympiads and competitions, and the creative achievements of educators.
Today, more than ever, it is important to impart the main life lessons to children: to form a correct civic stance, moral and ethical values, to teach respect for the older generation, and to foster a sense of responsibility for the fate of their native land. This is within the power of teachers, instructors, and educators who fulfil a noble mission – to sow the seeds of reason and kindness in young souls and hearts.
We sincerely wish the younger generation success and perseverance in acquiring knowledge, and parents and educators – wisdom and patience! May you always be full of vital, creative energy and confidently move towards new heights!
Sincerely,
N.N. Sherstnev, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee
V.V. Terentyev, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies
