As the Fundamental Law of the country, it embodies the rich historical experience and wisdom of previous generations, enshrines the legal, political, and ideological features of the state and society, and clearly defines the priorities of national development. The Constitution serves as a reliable guide for state policy aimed at creating an effective economy, ensuring social protection and well-being of the population, and preserving the traditions and values of the Belarusian people. For every Belarusian, the Fundamental Law of the country has become a guarantor of rights and freedoms, opening up opportunities for personal initiative, independence, and creativity.

Our task is to honor and preserve the national values enshrined in the Constitution, and to build a stable, legal, and democratic state based on them. The consistent implementation of constitutional provisions will ensure further consolidation of the Belarusian people and harmonization of society, socio-political stability, and the functioning of reliable public authorities.
