When rescuers arrived at the scene, the outbuilding was observed to be on fire.

Dear citizens! Please observe fire safety rules in your homes, refrain from smoking in living areas, and ensure that matches and cigarettes are extinguished after use. Install autonomous fire alarms in your living rooms, which will promptly alert you to danger in the event of a fire. And remember: one unextinguished cigarette can cost a life, or even more!
When a fire occurs, call 101 or 112 immediately. Provide your name, surname, address, and the cause of the emergency, and report if there are people in the burning premises.
